Make sure you stay in the queen room with many TV channels, shower and a sofa bed. It has magnificent, favourable setting, near the downtown, Merriman Street Grill Excellent food and several local restaurants.

The bathrooms are cold.

It was ideal hotel with very pleasant staff on reception desk. The location was ideal close to everything.

The location offered was marvellous and comfy just next door to the airport less than 15 minutes after checking out, Museum and Merriman Street Grill Excellent food. Furthermore, close to everything.

The breakfast is satisfactory, free and the staff is polite. The room is spacious and spotless.

Nothing to mention.

Everyone was very nice when I arrived after I 16 hour flight. Breakfast was good, they had a nice selection of hot food including omelets, bagels, extra and hot coffee. Would book again. Beds were very comfortable, and staff was always more than nice.

Only thing is as it is a business hotel I was woken up at about 8am from the slamming of doors on my hall way, but.. I guess in that area this can be expected. And they do not have a hotel bar. But other than that it was a great hotel.

The breakfasts were always generous and good with great coffee and also sausage.

The staff at this hotel took great care of me. I was able to check-in my room early with no problems, and they were outstanding in their service. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which made getting to my hockey tournament easier. The shuttle service provided was also very convenient. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice smell. The breakfast had a great selection of fresh fruit, and the staff during breakfast were outstanding as well.

This place was amazing, and I immediately felt comfortable and at home as soon as I got here.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Detroit airport, making it extremely close to the airport. The staff at this hotel is polite, professional, and efficient, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a sofa bed.

Everything was satisfactory, nothing needs improvement.

We were stranded in the arear due to bad weather. The staff was fantastic. They handled themselves very well under pressure and still provided excellent customer service.

At Check in; I gave my name but did not have to show identification for proof. This worries me that anyone could have said they were me at received my room. The shuttle driver on the morning of February 21st drove a bit fast and felt reckless at times while taking a group of people to the airport.

These accomodations were sparkling clean, beautiful, and luxurious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.
